The SynCo Technologies, Inc. Scheduler Software Program (SynCo Scheduler) is designed to be used in University Mental Health Counseling and Student Health Offices. The SynCo Scheduler not only replaces manual and hand written appointment books, it prints daily schedules - for your entire provider staff or one provider at a time, creates statistical reports and manages provider schedules.

Features

Manages Provider Schedules by creating a profile of each Provider’s daily schedule. Add scheduled future vacations and SynCo Scheduler will inform you when a Provider is unavailable due to vacation as well as another scheduled activity, school holiday or no activity. Regularly schedule any Provider activity, e.g. patient appointments, hotline coverage, supervision and meetings. Easily add a new Provider or place a Provider in an inactive status.
Easy to use calendar and appointment book. When you enter the SynCo Scheduler, the first thing that comes up is today’s schedule. At the upper left is a month drop down list with the current month, a year drop down list with the current year and a monthly calendar with this months calendar in place, today highlighted and the full schedule of appointments, or Provider schedules listed below.
Create numerous reports: The Appointment Schedule, The Demographic Summary, Client Appointment Breakdown, Visit Log by Date, Visit Log by Patient, Provider Schedules, and Provider Statistics.
Quickly Complete Repetitive Tasks with: One click of the mouse” activities like: Log in a kept appointment, Cancel an appointment, Mark an appointment rescheduled, or Indicate a client didn’t show up for an appointment.
Drag and Drop rescheduling: Drag appointment from one Provider to another, from one time to another, or from one day to another.
Multiple appointment scheduling at the same time: Schedule the same client, in the same time slot, with the same Provider for as many multiple appointments as needed with any future conflicts clearly noted.
Uses drop down lists you create with your own Providers, Provider Activities, Appointment locations, Schools/Departments and diagnoses.
Manage Closed Days by entering Federal, State and local holidays and school vacations once. SynCo Scheduler will manage them for the entire year.
Password protected. Only those with access can enter SynCo Scheduler. SynCo Scheduler has different security levels - view only, view and edit and administrator.
Runs on Windows 95+ Operating Systems. Anyone familiar working with a mouse or other pointing device will find it easy to use. SynCo Scheduler is available in stand alone or multi-user network editions.
The SynCo Scheduler uses the same demographic database as MediEase Immunization.
